Since interest rates change throughout the day, unless you communicate with a loan officer and get information at a specific moment in time, you could receive information that would lead to a poor decision.

Most lenders, including Burnet Home Loans, change their pricing throughout the day. Chances are you are not looking at current interest rates if you are looking at rates on line.

Loans are priced individually based on the parameters of the loan.  By this, we mean things such as down payment amount, whether or not there is a second mortgage, length of lock and credit, just to name a few.

Why do lenders quote interest rates online?  We believe it is simply to get your attention.

Although no one knows where interest rates are going, it is important that you work with a loan officer that is able to educate you on what affects rates; one that will keep you up to date with current rates and events; one who will be reachable when you are ready to make a decision.
